CASA of Rock County Board Retreat
This week, I facilitated a Board and staff retreat with CASA of Rock County in Wisconsin. Together, we explored Board Champions: Habits and Practices of Healthy Boards, engaging in meaningful discussions about governance excellence, board culture, accountability, and the behaviors that help organizations thrive. We also spent time focused on strategic planning, identifying priorities and opportunities to strengthen the organization's impact in the years ahead.
CASA of Rock County's mission is to recruit, train, and support community volunteers who advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect, ensuring that every child's voice is heard.
